Susan Einhorn, Chair

Ms. Einhorn is the Executive Director of the Anytime Anywhere Learning Foundation (AALF), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization focused on transforming learning through universal access to technology. In her work for AALF, Ms. Einhorn helps school districts develop visionary leadership and knowledgeable, innovative educators. In 2011, AALF released a new white paper entitled, The Right to Learn: Identifying Precedents for Sustainable Change.

Before joining AALF in 2007, Ms. Einhorn served as President of LCSI for two years. Prior to that, she worked for the Company in a number of capacities since joining it in 1984. Over the years, her major focus was on the design and development of new products, including the LogoWriter products, LEGO®/Logo, and the MicroWorlds series of products. She co-authored a number of student and teacher guides and has made presentations at numerous educational conferences, including NECC/ISTE, EdMedia 2000, and regional conferences such as MICCA, ECCO, NYSCATE and NJAET.

Ms. Einhorn is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Study, an independent K-12 girls school located in Montreal, Canada.

Michael A. Quinn, President

As President of Global Thinkers Inc., Mr. Quinn's goal is to ensure that all educators have easy-to-use tools that allow them to design , develop and share interactive educational content.

Mr. Quinn is also President of LCSI. Under his leadership, LCSI become a Canadian success story in the field of primary school and high school educational technology winning numerous awards for product quality. LCSI products, such as MicroWorlds JR and MicroWorlds EX, are used by educators in the four corners of the world, in rich nations and developing nations. Mr. Quinn strongly believes that children should be able to use the best educational technology available in their mother tongue. Consequently, LCSI products are available in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Russian, Greek, and Arabic.

Mr. Quinn earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal and is a member of The Order of Chartered Accountants of Canada. He serves on the Board of Directors of Toon Boom Animation. Mr. Quinn is also a board member of the non-profit Anytime Anywhere Learning Foundation.

He was President of the Lac Saint Louis Federal Liberal Association from 2005 to 2008 and Mr. Quinn acts as Official Agent for Francis Scarpaleggia, Member of Parliament.

Mr. Quinn speaks English and French and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
